Design Notes

First it is the material selection priorities, for us this release module we firstly use the vector we already have to directly use. Second we consider to use different antibiotic resistance gene in our two different core functional module in our project for screening, so for the adhesion module we use pSB1C3 but for enzymatic release module we use pET.
